John 10 | Week 14 | The Gospel of John

In this message from John 10, we explore one of the most comforting and challenging images Jesus gives us: “I am the Good Shepherd.” In a vast universe that can make us feel small, Jesus reveals how deeply known, cared for, and secure we truly are.

This sermon walks through Jesus’ three powerful declarations in John 10:

• I am the Door — the only way to salvation, security, and satisfaction

• I am the Good Shepherd — who knows His sheep by name and lays down His life for them

• I am the Son of God — one with the Father, holding His people securely in His hands

Along the way, we’re invited to wrestle honestly with what it means to admit our dependence on God, to recognize our need for a Shepherd, and to trust His voice above all others. This message also calls the Church to unity, humility, repentance, and Christ-centered love in a divided world.

If you’ve ever wondered whether God is near, whether He truly cares, or whether you can trust Him fully — this message is for you.
