Rescue Day 2026 | Saying Yes to God | Jennifer Barratt | Rock Hills Church

This Rescue Day at Rock Hills Church, we were honored to welcome Jennifer Barratt, Executive Director of Project Rescue, to share an incredible message about obedience, calling, and the power of saying “yes” to God.

Jennifer shares the powerful story of how Project Rescue began nearly 30 years ago when 37 little girls were rescued from a red-light district in India. What started as a simple act of faith has grown into a global ministry serving tens of thousands of women and children each year across 16 countries and 5 continents, bringing freedom, restoration, and the hope of Jesus to those affected by sexual exploitation and human trafficking.

Through the story of Moses in Exodus 3–4 and real-life testimonies of rescue and restoration, this message reminds us that:

• God often calls us from unexpected places

• The issue is not our ability, but our availability

• God’s presence matters more than perfect clarity

• Direction follows obedience

You’ll also hear the powerful story of a young woman rescued through Project Rescue who is now stepping into her own calling to bring hope to others.

This message will challenge and encourage you to listen for God’s voice and ask the question:
